M&A division KBS Corporate provides company sales services to UK SME businesses, sourcing a range of UK and overseas acquirers, including trade, institutional, and MBI/MBO routes. These businesses typically have an enterprise value ranging from c.£1m - c.£15m, covering all major industry sectors. KBS Corporate Finance is a Director-led boutique M&A advisory, working with a select number of clients involving enterprise values from c.£15m up to c.£200m. They are leading Corporate Financiers blended with dynamic and enthusiastic marketeers and researchers. Knightsbridge provides a comprehensive business transfer service for limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships. inTAX work directly with clients, or through accountants, tax advisers, and solicitors, attempting to demystify tax-enquiry work in all its guises and provide straightforward explanations and common-sense guidance on the options available to anyone who finds themselves under scrutiny by the investigating authorities.

Tax Investigations The staff at inTAX are highly qualified with many years’ experience with investigations, we’re chartered tax advisors and former Inland Revenue inspectors. They deal with both serious and less serious tax problems and, depending on the client’s wishes, can minimise the client’s contact with HMRC.

Tax Avoidance inTAX specialise in examining the principles of the tax scheme or arrangement and liasing with HMRC on the client’s behalf. They research existing case law and pending appeals to negotiate settlements on the best possible terms, minimising applicable penalties and negotiating time to pay.

Tax Evasion inTAX employs

specialists in dealing with cases where tax evasion is apparent or has been alleged. A tax investigation can be extremely stressful; inTAX can help alleviate the pressure such an investigation inevitably brings by minimising the client’s interaction with HMRC.
