Restructuring division

Our Restructuring division, which consists of Quantuma, works with businesses at the key milestones, delivering partner led solutions to help clients take advantage of opportunities and overcome a range of operational and financial challenges, enabling them to achieve their business objectives and ambitions.

• Financial advisory: comprehensive analysis of business performance through business toolkit; independent reviews; stakeholder management and turnaround; and interim support. • Creditor Services: creditor representation; and liquidations. • Forensic accounting and expert witness: forensic investigations; intelligence; and forensic accounting. • Pensions advisory: corporate and trustee advisory; pension scheme restructuring advisory; covenant advisory; and expert witness.

insolvency appointments; informal restructuring advisory; personal insolvency and pension restructuring; and insolvency advice.

Tax division

Our Tax division comprises of randd, Knight R&D, K3 Tax Advisory, and inTAX. randd and Knight R&D specialise in R&D Tax Credits reclamation, whilst K3 Tax Advisory and inTAX specialise in Transactional Tax Advisory and Tax Investigation services, respectively.

The brands within our Tax division possess specialist knowledge and senior level experience across the tax spectrum, allowing them to operate across a wide range of industry sectors and allow the clients to focus on what matters most - their business.
